Most diets are deficient in magnesium, and stress and illness further reduce the already diminished supply in the body. Magnesium is vital for our absorption and use of calcium.
Transdermal magnesium, or magnesium topically applied, absorbs quickly through the largest organ of our body: our skin. Results are often observed immediately for general calmness and pain relief. In the case of a long-term, chronic condition symptoms are often reduced or resolved in a matter of days or a few weeks.

I used the bath salts, and I have never felt better. Slept like a baby!

I just read this magnesium comment at the curezone.com forum and I want to share it with your nice magnesium information website:
The CZ forum reader stated… “Yesterday I read about magnesium in the Adrenal Fatigue forum. And I could see that our need is so basic that the information should be up front in some kind of “Start Here” forum/book/formula.
She continues… “This morning I awoke with the key to my own healing - - I haven’t recognized the level of stress/obligation/’performance anxiety’ put upon me by individuals and society, all of my life. (And I think we all have it far more than we know.)
“That leads to the question - Does our adrenal stress come from a magnesium, or other element, deficiency; or, does magnesium deficiency come from excess stress and pressure to perform?
“Actually, who cares? If we’ve got the problem, and this is a solution, let’s get on with what needs to be done…”
…and the forum reply was:
“Your right about Magnesium. It’s a priceless mineral that is the #1 mineral deficiency in humans today. Part is due to modern farming practices. Due to the overuse of our soil and the fact that we only put back 3 nutrients in modern farming practices (none which are magnesium) we can see why Magnesium is the #1 mineral deficiency.
Since Magnesium is needed in more than 350 different biochemical reactions again we see it’s importance.
I first learned of it’s importance after many years of depression. But had I known that antibiotics deplete magnesium (which I now see as the cause) I may have been saved years of life and been depression free. Since we have an epidemic of sorts with mental illness wouldn’t it be prudent to at least look at magnesium as one of the sources of this trend….well along with Omega’s.” by Darlene — a very knowledgeable magnesium poster at CureZone.
I just wanted to share these important comments about the use of magnesium. From my personal experience — using Cell Mg Oil from http://subtleenergytherapy.org

Do you know about the DHEA — Youth Hormone?
Do you want to increase DHEA and grow the body younger?
I found this interesting fact: Dr. Norm Shealy said, “most people are deficient in magnesium and transdermal is the best and fastest way to use it. Furthermore, transdermal (Magesium oil) is the only way which has been proven to raise DHEA.”
I’m feeling younger every day! Gosh, this stuff must be working!
